By booking a service for your TV, AC, Fridge, or Washing Machine with Giri Electronics, you agree to the following terms:
1. Inspection & Visiting Charges
A minimum Inspection Charge of ₹299 applies if our technician visits your location and diagnoses the appliance issue.
This charge covers the technician's time and travel cost.
If you approve the repair estimate and get the work done, this ₹299 is waived off/adjusted in the final bill.
If you decide NOT to proceed with the repair, you must pay the ₹299 visiting fee.
2. Warranty Policy
We provide a 90-Day (3 Month) Warranty on replaced spare parts (e.g., AC Compressor, PCB Board, TV Backlight, Washing Machine Motor).
Warranty is applicable only on the specific part replaced by us.
Warranty does not cover: Physical damage, voltage fluctuation damage, gas leakage (after 1 week), or if the appliance is opened by another technician.
No warranty on general service/cleaning (Jet wash, chemical wash).
3. Spare Parts & Gas Charging
We use high-quality compatible spare parts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
For AC/Fridge Gas Charging, we check for leaks before filling. However, old pipes may develop new leaks, which are not covered under gas warranty beyond 7 days.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon job completion. We accept Cash, GPay, PhonePe, and Paytm.
